Azelle hopes to provide each and every customer with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy:

 

Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the purchase date of your bracelet.

 

• Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. (box, ribbon, card, bracelet)

• Bracelet must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return of the bracelet.

• Refunds are issued to the original purchaser with an original sales receipt.

• All returns will not be accepted without the original receipt.

• Email us at azellecompany@gmail.com with your order number and indicate the reason for your return.

• Our team will respond to you within 24-48 hours.

• Please ship your return and retain your receipt.

• Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure the returned items are in good condition and not damaged.

• If the inspection is passed, refunds will be processed immediately.

Azelle is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. For refunds, the credit card or cash used for the initial purchase will be refunded for the merchandise amount. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to post to your account depending on the credit card company's processing time.
